Positions- 1 This is a critical position within the Engineering organization that is an important link to the operating units. Establishing trust and credibility with operating units will be a key success factor. Driving the acceptance and adoption of wide scale change into previously independent operating units will require a measured, win-win approach. Marshaling and motivating individuals without a direct reporting relationship. Managing and measuring work in new and meaningful ways from a center-led function.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Undergraduate engineering degree, MBA preferred
• Demonstrated effective communication skill/style to present complex ideas in a compelling and comprehensive manner.
• Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience including at least 3 years in an equivalent role in a similar operating environment
• Demonstrated strong analysis and financial modeling skills.
• A relentless and versatile learner who is open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
• Excellent computer experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office products.
• Skills:
• Demonstrated industry and product experience including in-depth technology/product knowledge, industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Effective collaboration skills to motivate and influence others at various levels without a direct reporting relationship.
