We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Technology Solutions team in Dallas or Daytona Beach!
The Project Management team leader is responsible for stewarding critical enterprise investments and supporting strategic and transformational change by providing leadership and direction to assigned programs. Provides guidance to Technology Solutions team members and Profit Centers as needed, for IT project and portfolio management-related activities.

What You’ll Do:
  • Directs large-scale, complex projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Understands the relationship between activities without getting swapped by details
  • Defines project scope, goals and deliverables, in collaboration with the business and sponsor, that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Provides frequent on-site monitoring and enforcement of schedules, milestones, and vendor accountability
  • Evaluates trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value
  • Partners with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria
  • Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned
  • Creates and manages the main project documentation such as the program kick-off deck, project charter, project plan, project RAID log and other project artifacts
  • Defines, creates and executes project plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritization and implementation
  • Builds, leads, and coaches multiple project teams throughout project life-cycles
  • Responsible for the scope, timeline, and budget objectives of the project
What You’ll Need:
  • 3-5 years of IT project management experience, including large-scale complex projects OR equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to lead and manage both on-site and virtual teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required; BS/BA in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or business-related discipline.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
Preferred:
  • Experience with one or more Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software tools
  • Project management certification (PMP, CMP or related)
