Summary


The Project Manager for Cell Therapy and Transplant (CTT) is responsible leading the planning, implementation and execution of projects by applying his/her professional skills in defining the project scope, developing and engaging multidisciplinary teams, building project plans, leading teams in the timely achievement of project goals, and ensuring task completion and issue resolution.



The CTT Research Project Manager reports to and works directly with the CTT Physician Director and Clinical Research Unit Program Manager. The CTT Research Project Manager collaborates with other senior CTT team members and health system stakeholders to support a variety of research and other program-related initiatives, to implement novel clinical trials for blood and marrow transplant and cell therapies across various disciplines supported by the CTT research unit,, and to engage in strategic initiatives including collaborations and partnerships. The CTT Project Manager focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with team members, sponsors and other stakeholders, the management of project scope, schedules, and deliverables, and the oversight of work priorities and processes for the designated project team.
