What We're Looking For:

As our Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of driving impactful projects that range from application enhancements to seamless client onboarding, and even cutting-edge system integration and upgrades. You'll be the maestro orchestrating the entire project symphony – right from understanding requirements, crafting meticulous project plans, and coordinating with stakeholders, all the way to delivering glowing status reports.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Wear the hat of a project administration pro, skillfully planning tasks and monitoring resources.
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring everything stays on the right track.
• Never let a ball drop – meticulously follow up on open items and track issues to closure.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure crystal-clear project scope, deliverables, and management expectations.
• Curate and maintain project documentation like Business Requirement Documents (BRD), stories, test cases etc.
• Champion best practices in Project Management, ensuring each project follows a seamless process.
• Highlight potential challenges and risks to leadership, being the beacon of transparency.
• Lead engaging internal and client calls, and steer project status and working meetings with finesse.
• Showcase your talent in tracking project milestones and ensuring timely outcomes.
• Mastermind project timelines, pinpointing and communicating critical path items for smooth sailing.
• Coordinate your project squad to exceed customer expectations with every project deliverable.
• Keep the communication channels open, keeping teams and stakeholders in the loop and engaged.
• Efficiently manage project resources, forecasting needs, and orchestrating the team's magic.
