JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provides assistance to research staff by collecting data, keeping records, conducting literature, technical research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and etc.
• Focusing on manual data manipulation for all course data, in accordance with specifications and guidelines provided.
• We’re looking for a project manager-data collector in our data collection team. As a project manager-data collector, you will lead projects and assist in ensuring appropriate and accurate data is collected for operational and contractual purposes.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PROJECT MANAGER - DATA COLLECTOR:

• An eye for detail to accurately analyze business requirements.
• Can help prep communication to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Report Preparation - Preparing various reports containing descriptive, analytical, and data extraction when needed
• Record Keeping - Keeps record of information obtained during data collection. May include number of assets, number of participants, and status of project.
• As a data collector, you will be collecting various forms of data pertaining to the research project or projects. You have to be exceptionally organized and absolutely meticulous when it comes to doing your work.
• Running and moderating a data collection session that will happen internally. This job requires you to come to Client offices.
• Ability to learn new software/hardware fast, install a new tools/OS, identify and troubleshoot issues with devices.
• Performing quality control and data quality on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Data Analysis - Conducting data analyses. Interprets, draws conclusions, and discusses with principal investigator.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs

QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT MANAGER:

• Mandarin speaking is a must
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• BS’s degree in computer science, SW, MBA, business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of project management and related experience
• This job requires to be more onside and drive to different location as requested.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Analytical and technical skills (Tableau, Programing language such as Python) is plus
