Project Manager - Cosmetics & Skincare

Project manager will be managing the process of new product development and (s)he will be the liaison between the brand and all departments including R&D, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Production to align on specifications, quality, approvals, and productions.

• Develop and execute timelines to support the customer’s marketing calendar by planning with appropriate departments including Product Development, R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance, Bulk Manufacturing, and Fill Production
• Insure all milestones meet their due dates in order to achieve the Target Ship Date; negotiate with appropriate departments and resolve all timeline issues with tactical planning to bring any projects back on track if facing obstacles
• Assist in training new team members, as required
• Analyzing budget requirements, cost of goods, and testing requirements and fees
• Effectively manage projects for launch from inception of project to the shipment of product

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills. Proficient with MS Office including Power Point, Excel and Project.
• Excellent project management, problem solving and organizational skills required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 4+ year’s project management or equivalent industry experience, professional experience in a regulated environment a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
• Science and/or technical background preferred
