About The Opportunity


  • The heavy Roadway- Highway PM will be an integral player in the management of the flow of information between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders and help with design assistance and the approvals process
  • Project Manager for a general contractor. Our top client currently has an opportunity available for a PM to support their latest commercial projects. Must have experience on this one


Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Processing of payment requests and change orders
  • Maintains project RFI and Submittal registry and tracks each through to closure on heavy roadway and highway projects
  • Communicates with super/ runs meetings etc
  • Provides regular RFI and Submittal status updates to project stakeholders


Project Manager Skills/Qualifications


  • 2-5+ years of heavy construction management experience preferred
  • Experienced in working with multiple leads across various disciplines to solve problems and improve processes
  • Experience with heavy roadway and highway fencing projects a plus
