A local leader building regionally and throughout the Southeast, they are a comprehensive Owner’s Representative firm focused in Preconstruction, Planning, Design and Construction Management and are looking for a Project Executive to work closely with clients and manage teams.

As Owner’s Representative, you are joining a team delivering successful projects that include Education, Class A Commercial Office Space, Light Industrial for both restoration and ground up projects.

Requirements/Responsibilities include:

• A Communicator who excels while working closely with owners, and the AEC team
• Passion for supporting clients through Preconstruction and Planning, Design, and Construction Management
• Preconstruction experience; taking a project from Concept through Construction Completion
• At least 12years’ commercial construction project management experience
• Degreed, preferably in architecture, building construction or civil engineering
• Certifications such as: AIA, NCARB and LEED preferred
