Job Description

Project Coordinator


We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our CSI Tech Division in our Jacksonville, Florida office as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator’s primary functions are centered on supporting and developing the day-to-day operations to ensure that projects remain on track and within budget. In addition, will assist with administrative tasks that will ensure the mechanics of all projects run smoothly. Must be detailed oriented, great with managing multiple tasks at once and enjoy handling the many moving parts of multiple projects ranging in size and scale.


As a vital part of our daily business your core responsibilities will include:

  • Create spreadsheets: clients/candidates on assignment/new business development.
  • Assisting with projects as needed for the Tech Sales Team.
  • Send clear and timely agendas and follow up notes to Tech Advisory team.
  • Help move work through our systems by assigning tasks to shared services and ensure work is completed.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver products in an agile (and waterfall) fashion, planning sprints and moving work forward.
  • Track project deliverables and billable/non-billable hours.
  • Assist with project timeline and budget development/execution.
  • Execute a variety of project management administrative tasks with urgency and excellence.
  • Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project.
  • Support Advisory leaders in the full project lifecycle including develop of project plans and support the day-to-day operations to ensure that projects remain on track and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and Advisory Stakeholders as needed.
  • Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success.
  • This is a in-office position - no remote offered


  • Detail-oriented self-starter.
  • Strong grammar, writing and speaking skills.
  • Experience in a fast paced, efficiency focused environment is a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Ability to be proactive, prioritize work and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Education/Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales, recruiting, or administrative capacity- preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Ability to be both extremely detailed oriented and organized.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word Experience with SharePoint, and Smartsheets preferred.
