Job Description


Hill International is seeking a Project Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona


Responsibilities


  • Provide support to DCS Division including front desk duties, answering phone calls, receiving deliveries, and greeting visitors.
  • Schedule various meetings in person and virtually through Microsoft Teams or WebEx, and ensure that all Aviation Departments/Stakeholders are represented
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain, review, distribute, and upload documents from the DCS Mailbox inbox at [email protected] for DCS Division from the Streets Transportation Department Procurement Section or other stakeholders
  • Assist with preparing weekly and monthly project design and construction reports
  • Track and follow up on Adobe Sign routing of documents to be completed by all stakeholders
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including requests for leave slips and teleworking as approved in advance by supervisor
  • Track expenditures and reconcile invoices or similar financial duties
  • Track sub consultant agreements/insurance/bonds as required
  • Upload city procurement documents to Oracle Unifier or verify that an outside party has uploaded required plans and/or record drawings
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, and properly filed in the proper project management tools
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications


  • Some positions will require the performance of other essential and marginal functions depending upon work location, assignment, or shift.
  • Attention to details and work well under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple and conflicting work priorities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of contract preparation conflict resolution, and public administration
  • Experience in providing support and assistance on construction projects
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Time management and leadership skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Full Covid-19 vaccination is recommended. Mandatory vaccinations and proof of vaccination are subject to client requirements, federal, state or local law.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Follow up on assignments to determine progress and date of completion
