Job Description

Who We Are:

Streetleaf specializes in bringing modern and renewable technology to communities through an often-overlooked feature - streetlights. We have been installing our clean, green lighting machines throughout the state of Florida for the past four years. We have quickly established the largest fleet of solar streetlights in the nation and now is the time we take our groundbreaking system across the US.

Streetleaf is the leading Solar Streetlighting Company in the US, with our sights set on world domination. To get there, we are going to need to change the way the world thinks about streetlights. This message is only achievable if Streetleaf continues to use the best available software and hardware solutions to make renewable powered streetlights better than the grid alternative.

The Role:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. Here, we do things a bit differently. There’s no corporate nonsense, and no old-fashioned hierarchy. Instead, we work in self-sufficient, autonomous teams. Each team picks the problems they want to solve. So, there’s no micro-management and no hiding behind fancy job titles. We’re going to be upfront — the way we work doesn’t suit everyone, but if freedom, autonomy, and life-affirming and head-scratching professional challenges rock your world, Streetleaf could be the place and opportunity for you.

They will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

  • Help prepare budgets.

  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.

  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Self-sufficient with ability to solve unique problems creatively.
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Person of high ethics, integrity, honesty with lots of passion, drive, and a sense of humor.

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
