Day to day:

A financial services employer is looking for one Project Analyst/Coordinator to join their team. The team is primarily responsible for customer setups on our internal systems, establishing connectivity (iVPN, MPLS/Ethernet and other forms of connectivity) between customers and our network and certification systems (host authorizations, submissions, product, terminal, etc.). Our main customers are merchants, processors, network issuers and acquirers.

Our connectivity analysts are responsible for leading the connectivity efforts that help ensure customers can successfully connect to and complete transactions on the Network. The successful candidates will be responsible for building relationships with internal and external customers, managing connectivity projects (this included supporting network connectivity, facilitating the implementation of customers and solutions in production that enable card acceptance), and representing our company in a professional manner to all customers (internal and external).
