The Project Analyst will assist with a replatforming project for a current internal system from mainframe to a .NET environment.

Project Analyst Responsibilities Include:

- Project schedule monitoring and maintenance

- Deliverable reviews and responses

- Contract and vendor oversight

- Resource coordination

- Report writing and reviews

- Task management and oversight

- Performance monitoring, analysis, and monitoring

- Meeting scheduling, monitoring, and documentation; and,

- Support and assist with business analysis duties as requested and directed by project manager and business analyst.

- Facilitate and support project management efforts utilizing best practice project management methodologies.

- Create and deliver presentations using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, etc.

- Support groups with consensus decision-making

- Create accurate reports, analysis summaries, and other tools to facilitate effective project management

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Minimum of two years of IT Project Management related experience; monitoring and reporting project status, preparing schedules, managing budgets, and assisting with the coordination/direction of project teams

- High level of proficiency with MS Project

- Knowledge and ability to use the following efficiently: Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint, and Teams

- Project Management certification preferred
