Job Description
An important member of the Albireo Energy team, The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing project logistics, procurement, and subcontractor contracts.
Known formerly as Alabama Controls, the Alabama office of Albireo Energy offers an opportunity in a well-established office that boasts impressive employee tenures, competitive pay and benefits, and longstanding client relationships across the state!
Duties:
  • Logistics
  • Manage Subcontractor Contracts, POs, and matching AR Receipt to Subcontractor Invoices.
  • Maintain Active list of Spare Parts
  • Maintain Warranty Letters and Dates in AX
  • Material Procurement & Tracking
  • Manage Open Receivables
  • Assist Project Managers as Requested
  • Answer Phones
  • Issuing of Purchase Orders
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting functions (AP, Percentage of Completion method) and ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments (including Operations and Accounting).
  • Associates degree, including college courses in accounting or business preferred.
  • Displays strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including experience with ERP/IT systems – Dynamics AX experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage priorities, and see projects through to completion.
