Mammoth provides our clients with advisory, compliance, program and project construction management services at the highest level of dedication. We are currently staffing project controls positions (scheduling, cost analysis or estimating) for rail, highway, airports and port projects.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide controls support services in coordination with Planning, Design, and Construction Management staff.
  • Support development of project budget and schedule.
  • Support cost management – including forecasting and change management.
  • Able to present findings and recommendations to senior staff and/or clients.
  • Perform periodic updates of budget/cost and schedule data based on information provided by others.
  • Provide customized controls reporting.
  • Reconciliation of cost system data with accounting system.
  • Produce cash-flow analysis.


Required Qualifications

  • Some experience with supporting construction projects for rail, highway, airports and port projects.
  • Minimum of 7 years full time professional experience in project controls
  • A self-starter who solves problems and works independently.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently complete deliverables and meet deadlines while producing quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously managing several assignments.
  • Some experience with Project Management Information Systems, plus proficiency with MS Excel and Access.
  • Strong ability in establishing effective working relationships with others within and outside of the organization across all levels of responsibility.
  • Must be customer focused and have the ability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions to a variety of complex matters of a diverse scope and nature and have demonstrated ability to be creative and have advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to transfer prior experience to new projects.


Required Education:

  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field

Salary Range: $129K - $182K/yearly based on qualification plus excellent benefits
