Job Description
This position is remote, however candidates must reside in a West or Central state i.e. CA, AZ, NV, TX, NE, etc.


Salary Range: $63,736.89 - $94,300.70 (salary offered will vary and be dependent upon zip code of candidate hired)

We are seeking a Project Analyst to join our Provider Management team to assist with project planning, data analytics, process improvement and system enhancement.

Summary


Under general supervision, the Project Analyst oversees the analysis, improvement, and integration of Provider Management (PM) operational workflows and business systems. The Project Analyst supports the Provider management lifecycle and ensures compliance with applicable policy and procedures. This role is also responsible for auditing; data collection, analysis & reporting; and systems integration/enhancement initiatives, in support of various Provider Management (PM) teams.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Provide technical expertise in user acceptance testing (UAT) related to systems enhancements and integrations.
  • Communicate analysis results and supporting data to the respective PM Management Team(s).
  • Review baseline data; initiate corrective action to address identified issue(s), follow-up and escalate as necessary.
  • Perform regular audits ensuring operational workflows align with established policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Provide technical guidance, consultation, and recommendations to improve business operations and future system integrations.
  • Create, analyze, and distribute operational reports; identifying gaps and opportunities in compliance with established operational rhythms.
  • Develop workflow and productivity measures to meet organizational needs: business fluctuations, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the planning, design, implementation & integration of key strategic project management, process improvement, and data analytic initiatives.

  • Able to support project development and documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Tableau, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Ability to handle complex projects cross organizationally
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications interpersonal skills with all level of key stakeholders

  • Knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflows


Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, preferred
  • Strong experience utilizing technology in healthcare operations
  • 3-6 years' of project management or process improvement experience
  • Experience with project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, etc.), preferred
