As part of our mission to entertain the world, the Netflix Consumer Insights team strives to deepen our understanding of our consumers through various research methods, including content screenings with worldwide audiences.
The Consumer Insights team is looking for an Operations focused Program Manager to partner with our Researchers and Vendors to execute screenings and online surveys across our original, global slate of Films & Series. This role sits within the Core Group on the Consumer Insights team. Core is a centralized group of operationally driven team members with specialized methodology expertise that work across business domains and regions.
The mission of this Program Manager is to facilitate technically excellent screenings and online surveys.
This role requires a well-rounded knowledge of industry screening partners and how & when to best engage. You will also work hand-in-hand with content research vendors and partner with our internal teams to coordinate & execute details for each screening.
In This Role, You Will
  • Identify innovation opportunities with internal processes and data tools related to the Netflix Preview Panel program
  • Monitor participation rates and performance of surveys on the Netflix Preview Panel
  • Partner with Customer service, Legal, Localization, and Post Production teams on Netflix Preview Club title screenings
  • Lead survey management workflows for web-based surveys. This includes but is not limited to survey programming, quality control, data cleaning, incentive management, reporting, partnering with vendors
  • Manage troubleshooting for logistics and programming issues in the survey setup
  • Assist in strategizing and planning member recruitment, engagement communication, and survey activity
  • Manage shifting research priorities and timelines for Netflix Preview Panel
What We Are Looking For
  • Possess a passion for research and the ability to screen early TV shows and Movies to consumers
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to accommodate time zones or other team members and partners globally, as needed
  • Excellent ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Gathers inputs from immediate and cross-functional peers and considers our needs & risks
  • Up to five years of experience with managing online sample health, profile data, sampling, and deploying surveys
  • Ability to make sound independent decisions while knowing when to call out issues
  • Strong experience with web-based survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, Alida)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with colleagues & vendor partners
  • Four to five years of work experience with experience specifically in project management and online survey management.
