Job Duties


  • Attends, plans, and may lead staff meetings, training classes, and other meetings as required
  • Provides progress reports, discharge reports, and treatment plans in a timely manner
  • Communicates with Behavior Analyst to develop and implement behavior intervention plans as needed
  • Collaborates with other professionals, paraprofessionals, and parents in order to provide an effective program
  • Motivates and provides mentorship to behavior technicians to help them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively
  • Coordinates client visits to observe behavior technician sessions and provide coaching and clinical support
  • Is available to parents, clients, and staff by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need
  • Attends and participates in IEP meetings
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Helps ensure that clients receive the full clinical prescription
  • Documents consultation and treatment sessions
  • Keeps careful record of billable hours that require a parent signature
  • Majority of caseload is comprised of direct implementation of treatment protocols for clients
  • Provides clinical program management for clients on assigned caseload. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving to help each client reach his or her potential
  • Maintains client files and treatment logs

The Basics


Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour


Job Type: Full Time


Requirements


  • Enrollment in Master’s degree program in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, highly preferred
  • At least one year of experience providing clinical program management, under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
  • 2+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Must be fully vaccinated, have received the booster if eligible, or have a religious or medical exemption
  • At least one year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming and report writing tasks
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
