Job Description

Program Manager


Our client is looking for a curious and highly motivated individual who loves building and scaling content technology tools, optimizing processes and driving impact. This position encompasses working directly with engineering and content publishing groups, as well as channel partners . You are comfortable zooming out to see the big picture and zooming in on details that matter, so you can optimize processes that transform customer and business problems into concrete solutions. Collaborate with and influence sales/strategy teams, product managers, designers, and engineers to create streamlined processes and greater support for our internal teams and channel partners.


Depending on the project, you will work independently or collaboratively with other team members. You will need to quickly assess urgency, outline requirements, and help the product team prioritize work based on customer impact and identify critical success KPI’s in order to keep the team focused on what is most important.


Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid, onsite 3x/week

Pay: Up to $57 per hour DOE

What You'll Do:

  • Help develop keynote slides to communicate program updates to executive leadership teams
  • Document, operate, improve, and maintain processes
  • Build partner relationships
  • Own problem identification and prioritization across multiple partners
  • Rely on strong communication with team members, both domestically and international
  • Identify areas of opportunity to better manage communications and internal team projects
  • Maintain close working relationships with engineering teams, and various user groups
  • Drive adoption and rollout of new product


Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with ability to lead and organize multiple projects with a calm, flexible approach and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of and passion for eCommerce, Content Sydication, and Process Optimization
  • Experience leading change management initiatives and driving cross-functional adoption
  • Experience structuring and publishing e-commerce content
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Experience creating process documentation, and training materials
  • Up-to-date with developments and best practices in the industry
  • Ability to be flexible, agile, and responsive in order to lead fast-paced, business critical projects
  • Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Mac OS and Keynote
  • Knowledge of and experience with operations on a product team
  • A skilled communicator with the ability to move fluidly between communication styles to meet a varied audience
  • Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills necessary as well as a deep understanding of the Apple brand
  • 3 years experience leading projects and/or program management
