Job Description

Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialises in Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder services. They are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the company, support the team and build the company revenue.


Position: Project Manager

Location: Philadelphia or Boston (or willingness to relocate)

Type: Full-Time


Role:

  • Up to +10 direct reports
  • Participate and collaborate in leadership meetings among all divisions
  • Directly responsible for building revenue
  • Operational and financial oversight of +3 clinics
  • Oversee policies and procedures


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree preferred)
  • Strong clinical understanding of SUD and MH.
  • Previous experience scaling companies
