Our client is a non-profit organization that serves children by promoting their healthy development, and emotional, and intellectual well-being.

They are seeking a passionate Behavioral Health Social Worker who will give excellent behavioral health treatment to a population of children and young adults ages 2 to 22, utilizing evidence-based practices (EBP).

• Receive in-house training from highly experienced and educated professionals and clinical leaders to become certified in MATCH ($3100 value) and PCIT ($4500 value) and partake in training for diagnostic interviewing.
• Up to $70K depending on experience

Behavioral Health Social Worker Responsibilities

• Participate in onsite and virtual evidence-based training and receive support working towards certification in various evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain high-quality behavioral health treatment for children and young adults ages 2-22.
• Utilize evidence-based practices (EBP).
• Attend weekly seminars, supervision, and consultation meetings.

Behavioral Health Social Worker Qualifications

• 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Master's Degree in Public Health, Psychology, or a related field is required
• Experience educating and coaching caregivers in 1:1 and/or group settings
• LMHC or LICSW in good standing in Massachusetts
• Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certification, or eligibility to complete CANS training
