- Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results

- Problem-solve, perform basic research, and escalate issues when needed
- Join our consulting practice to support projects and company growth initiatives, managing multiple workstreams at one time
- Key contributor to project deliverables, mission requirements, project management plans, and program activities
- Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
- Apply excellent consulting, research, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
- Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
- Critical Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
- Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools (SharePoint preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in project management related support and process improvement
- Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement (including senior-level leaders) and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment
- Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
- Want to learn the business of consulting and excel as professionals and leaders
- Seek leadership opportunities at all levels and build new skills to apply to diverse projects
- Want to learn and share knowledge and express gratitude teammates who become more than just coworkers
- Learn quickly, ask for help, and look for ways to go beyond a task and achieve results
