Requirements

• MS Project Software Experience Required
• Secret Clearance ** Eligibility **
• 4+ Years of Project, Program, or Operations Planning / Management / Analyst / or Scheduling Experience
• Experience Creating Microsoft Docs, Files, and Data

Job Summary:

Ops analyst planner will work with his project manager, control scope, build schedules, brief customers, develop requirements, operation and project intensives, almost seen as an assistant project manager.

• Establishes and defines program requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine the optimum program plan
• Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
• Conduct program assessment and analysis to streamline administrative processes and enhance team operations to improve program efficiency.
• Maintain an electronic database of the financial and technical progress reports on multiple projects.
• Coordinate/lead projects where project analysis functions and responsibilities are a major component.
• Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to provide analysis of current and planned activities daily.
• Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
• Assists with customer engagements, including technical discussions and project monitoring and control
• Perform business development activities, provide guidance and coaching to less-experience professionals.
• Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program
