Job Description
Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST within the MARCORSYSCOM. Responsibilities You will work as part of a team to collaborate and resolve issues across functional and technical areas such as test and evaluation, engineering, production procurement, user requirements, contract requirements, delivery, support, and sustainment. You will manage assigned programs or projects using the developed integrated program schedule and plan. You will perform research to gain and formalize information for an assigned project or program. You will review, write, and coordinate program and acquisition documentation required to support or meet program and project milestones with multiple internal and external organizations. You will develop contractual documents and provide guidance and management of tasks and activities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing research and analysis; developing metrics that support assessment and management of projects and/or programs; resolving complex issues; and formalizing information across many functional and technical areas (e.g., test and evaluation, engineering, production, procurement, user requirements, contract requirements, delivery, support, and sustainment) for each phase of the acquisition life cycle.
