Job Title: Production Worker/Helper

Work Location: Bloomington, CA 92316

Pay Rate: $17-19.00 an hour DOE

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with overtime and Saturday work as necessary

Amtec is currently seeking a Production Worker/Helper for a full-service steel fabricator based in Bloomington. The Production Worker performs all tasks involved in the production of the company's products. This includes grinding, inspecting, and packaging.

Essential Functions

• Reads routing and performs work as assigned by department supervisor

• Receive raw materials

• Cleans and inspects parts

• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages

• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes

• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues

• Place finished goods on the designated pallet

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Assist with the laser machine

• Other duties and responsibilities as required

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Hours

This is a full-time position from Monday - Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Overtime and Saturdays may be required at the request of your supervisor.
