As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles the world expects from us. Within our plants around the world, we’re constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. That means we’re continually seeking diligent, determined performers who think outside the box to help us find better and more efficient ways to manufacture our vehicles.

Sign-on bonus of $7,500 for qualified candidates!

WHAT YOU’LL BE ABLE TO DO:

  • Evaluates team member performance and encourages continuous improvement
  • Communicates goals and leverages resources to solve problems
  • Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively
  • Create and preserve good working connections with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
  • Communicates effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers
  • Creates a safety culture and applies and implements workplace policies
  • Supervise a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements

THE MIMINUM REQUIREMENTS WE SEEK:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Skills/Capabilities:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Experience:

  • 1+ years of previous supervisory experience or 1+ years of manufacturing/technology experience

Required Behaviors:

  • Highly committed to process improvement and innovative solutions with a customer first mindset
  • Always maintain a high level of professionalism even in difficult/stressful situations
  • Outstanding interpersonal teambuilding and communication skills
  • Demonstrates inclusion and values diversity
  • Flexibility in being able to work rotating shifts and hours

THE PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS WE SEEK:

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Safety and Quality experience
  • Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified
  • Knowledge of constraint management principles
