$22.00/hr.

Essential Duties and Task

• Operate machinery, equipment or use tools when necessary.
• Coach and/or discipline employees when required.
• Supervise to ensure that quality control, safety and company policies and procedures are followed.
• Operate forklift or heavy-duty squeeze lift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Fill out production reports and employee evaluation cards.
• Supervise and lead groups of employees to achieve production tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications, Education & Experience

• Must adhere to company policies, safety rules and regulations, wear PPE.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written) with staff, and internal/external clients.
• Knowledge of the company's manufacturing techniques and managerial skills required.
• Proactive; exercises sound judgement and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
• Must have the ability to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
