Role and responsibilities:


  • Supervise the production operations of the facility to ensure production goals are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching and development to employees
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements
  • Provide continuous improvement to improve efficiency
  • Monitor and prioritize the workflow of production to meet deadlines


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management in a manufacturing operation
  • Previous union experience is a plus
