This Entry - Level CNC Production Trainee position starts at $15.00/hour with pay increases throughout the training program and the opportunity to reach a base pay of $26.20.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A 1ST SHIFT ENTRY - LEVEL CNC PRODUCTION TRAINEE

As an entry-level Production Team Member / CNC Machinist, you are eventually trained on how to do just about everything on the manufacturing floor! You are essential to our continued efficiency as a lean manufacturer. Primarily, you deburr parts until smooth. You carefully inspect parts to ensure that they are up to our standards before washing and packaging them. With attention to detail, you assemble components. You learn how to safely operate Mazak CNC machines with precision. Continually growing in your role as a machine operator, you learn how to perform preventative maintenance and improve processes. You take pride in your work and feel good about contributing to the manufacturing of important precision parts while building a career!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY - LEVEL CNC PRODUCTION TRAINEE

• Have an interest in mechanical or technical hands-on work
• Ability to problem solve and think critically

1ST SHIFT WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time entry-level machine operator position has 1st shift positions available. The 1st shift works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Overtime is required when necessary.
