Work Experience: Prior manufacturing experience required

Inspect and monitor the quality of the parts produced per visual and dimensional requirements

Use microscope or visual equipment on a regular basis to visually inspect parts

Complete job-related paperwork to include quality history records, setup sheets, checklists and process rate charts

2-5 years overall manufacturing experience.

Experience in a supervisory or lead role is highly desired, specifically experience in associate development and safety.

Working knowledge of all facets of manufacturing including continuous improvement, team building, safety, associate relations, quality, and customer service.

Good oral and written communication skills and strong leadership skills are required.

Notify management concerning the need for major repairs when needed.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

1st Shift Schedule - Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm

Operate production machines to make boxes and package Cider in accordance with established standards and guidelines.

Manipulate controls in an efficient manner to minimize waste.

Inspect produced Cider for faultiness and report flaws immediately to supervisor.

Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance and repair techniques.

Relevant experience in MIG welding within the last 5 years. Must be able to successfully pass an on-site welding test.

Welding in a fast paced assembly style environment.

MIG welding multiple attachments -12 gauge to .179" brackets and tubing.

Follow all company policies and procedures and encourage co-workers to follow company policies and procedures.

Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.

A high degree of technical skills and assembling techniques

High school diploma or equivalent work or military experience

2 years of experience and proven track record of successful performance in a warehouse environment

Visually adjust focus, have depth perception and close vision capabilities

Identify and perform repetitive assembly of various trailer component parts using blueprints or work instructions

Experience in operating multiple types of production line equipment is desired.

Daily operation of filling machinery safely and efficiently to produce top quality products

Responsible for proper and accurate product/package/code changes

Good time management to work at a good pace, executing word orders and demands.

Hiring entry level and experienced production roles up to $22 per hour

Read blueprints, work instructions, and drawings to determine visual inspection criteria, workpiece measurements, and material requirements.

$2 per hour Shift Differential for night and weekend shift
