Production Operator Details

• Monitors & trouble shoots electrical & mechanical equipment used in the process of building hydrostatic pumps, motors, and components.
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm )
• Full Time work available
• Provide line support for assembly and escalate safety and process quality issues. Tasks may include parts/materials preparation, mechanical/electrical assembly, polymerics processing, manual soldering, composite layup, and masking operations
• Apply solid computer skills to access and input data via a computer interface or automated equipment.
• Temp-to-Hire position
• Complete certification training and maintain required certifications.
• Utilize reading and comprehension skills to follow documented build instructions.
• While executing manufacturing operations, apply a beginner's level of knowledge and skills in hardware assembly, troubleshooting and repair
• Weekend work required
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Assist in the daily activities of implementing process changes and problem-solving on the shop floor.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within the organization, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• $ 22.00 / hour

Production Operator Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team or autonomously
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
• Ability to work a 2nd shift
• Ability to stand, lift and bend during shift

• Manufacturing/Assembly experience 1+ years
