The Utility-Dry sets up, adjusts, operates, and monitors the Auto-Case Packer Robotic Cell, HMI Screens, and match coders for each variety. He/She will setup the recipe for proper variety. He/She will assist the helpers with assigned duties. The Utility will clean all related equipment between changeovers. He/She will perform all allergen clean ups and quality checks in accordance with standard procedures then neatly and accurately fill out all necessary paperwork. Responsible for area housekeeping, performing sanitation procedures at end of shift to prepare line for startup. Operator will be responsible for following through with duties assigned by supervisor. Responsible for learning new procedures per business needs. Responsible for providing training to build depth across department.

Job Functions:
1) Monitor/ verify clarity of printing on bags
2) Asset care, 5s, and autonomous maintenance
3) Set and adjust machine and guides for Auto-Case Packer Robotic Cell.
4) Set-up Buckets change over when required (18 CT-12 CT)
5) At start of each variety, set recipe for proper variety on HMI.
6) Adjust bucket flap for each variety when is necessary
7) Adjust suction cups according to variety being run
8) Check and clean filter for vacuum system on Auto-Case Packer Robotic Cell
9) Neatly and accurately fill out all necessary documentation (Ex. HACCP – CTS)
10) Communicate well with co-workers and supervisors
11) Follow all JSA guidelines
12) Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Housekeeping Practices (GHP's)
13) Must adhere to all GMP and Food Safety Policies and Practices

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
