As a Production Operator, perform a variety of complex medical assembly and processing tasks to support the production floor and build product to support customer demand, operate tools & equipment, inspect in-process components and complete documentation as required. All Operators shall always perform their activities with Safety, Quality and Integrity and informing the Lead and Supervisor of any nonconforming product.

  • Monday-Thursday 4:30am-3:00pm
  • 1st Shift schedules:
  • Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm


Job Duties:


  • Complete forms as defined by industry standards
  • Understand travelers, how to identify materials, use a microscope and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds. Apply proper identification of materials and product as needed.
  • Maintain a clean general work area during the shift and proper cleaning at the end of each shift.
  • Perform line clearance activity.
  • Take initiative to find work when necessary.
  • Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.
  • Responsible for creating quality products – 100% adherence to requirements and in-process unit inspection throughout the build processes. Inspection includes product, documentation, handling and control.
  • Responsible for manufacturing part families and/or operations on entry-level builds
  • Perform single or limited number of core task of routine nature on an assigned team or project.
  • Arriving on time, staying on task, and contributing to better output and reaching production goals
  • Additional duties as assigned


Minimum Skills & Experience Required


  • Willing to work in a team environment and promote teamwork among others
  • Ability to understand basic instructions in English
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Attention to detail and instructions
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks well
  • Have the ability to use basic tools, micro tooling and equipment for building and inspecting product (tweezer, cutter, pliers, etc) (Training provided)


Preferred Skills & Experience


  • Basic computer skills: Excel, Word
  • Previous Microscope experience (inspection and assembly using a microscope)
  • Medical device assembly, GMP manufacturing and/or exposure to ISO
  • Understand basic blueprints/specifications
  • Previous experience inspecting and building products
