- Coordinate and schedule logistics of the show load in and TV Truck park and power under the direction of the Director of Operations
- Implement, coordinate, and administer a purchase order system and Capital improvement software
- Provide administrative support to the director of operations as needed, including word processing, answering telephones, department correspondence (including US Mail and FedEx), and filing.
- Coordinate a CMMS work order system
- Draft and design show, concert, and Celtics/Bruins manifests under the direction of the Director of Operations
- Organize and manage all TD Garden/GPC Operations and Maintenance manuals
- Facilitate and coordinate deliveries and logistics for event-related tasks via C3 Solutions (software for scheduling and logistics)
- Schedule trash and recycle pickups
- Schedule and maintain conversion schedule as well as ice maintenance update Arena schedule
- Organize and manage all TD Garden/GPC As-Builts and BIM documents
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Abobe Suite preferred.
- Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and exhibit exceptional time management and interpersonal skills, the ability to exhibit patience and calmness under difficult circumstances
- 3 to 5 years of entertainment venue experience in logistics including scheduling, shipping/receiving, event booking/ice changeovers
- Revit Certification/Blue Beam experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Must be able to read/write CAD drawings
- CAD license/certification is required
