Production Staff Jobs

Zazzle is seeking Production Staff to join our dynamic team in Reno, Nevada. Production Staff teammates perform production work in all manufacturing departments by reviewing and packaging customer orders. Reporting to the Production Manager, Production Staff teammates are responsible for producing customized goods, quality assurance, packaging and shipping all products while working in a fast-paced environment. Meeting quotas and goals will be expected, but is a critical element of amazing each and every one of Zazzle’s customers around the world.

What You Will Do

• Recognize all safety hazards and report them to leadership teammates
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Meet or exceed Zazzle quotas and goals, particularly during high demand season
• Review orders to ensure quality and completeness
• Assist with protecting confidential production related information and data
• Create customer orders in the assigned department using a variety of equipment and processes

What You Bring To Zazzle

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow all safety warnings and procedures posted on equipment and in the facility
• Experience with using computers
• Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure and demanding environment
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Professional demeanor, a positive attitude, and a sense of urgency
• Ability to follow training and instructions provided
• You are reliable and show up on time - especially during high demand season
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey key messages
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and stay organized

$17.50 - $17.50 an hour

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is $17.50 per hour. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
