Job Summary:


As a Product Marketing Specialist at Four, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the user experience, drive user engagement, and retain our shopper base. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user flow analysis, data-driven marketing, product experience enhancement, soft marketing strategies, and compliance. Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create impactful content that resonates with our audience are crucial for this role.


Responsibilities:


1. Track user flows to identify potential points of friction or breakage, proposing strategic marketing solutions to enhance user experience and engagement.

2. Use data analytics to understand user behavior and preferences, developing targeted strategies to actively engage our existing shopper base.

3. Work closely with the Product team to align marketing strategies with product features and improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience.

4. Implement soft marketing strategies that subtly guide users towards our product offerings, balancing promotional and informational content.

5. Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure that all marketing strategies adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.

6. Create compelling, targeted, and personalized content that aligns with our brand voice and values.

7. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and meet KPIs.

8. Stay current with industry best practices and trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement.


Qualifications:


1. Strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of driving user engagement and retention.

3. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and user flow analysis.

4. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, particularly Product and Compliance.

5. Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, targeted content that resonates with our audience.

6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

9. Knowledge of relevant marketing regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.
