Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a talent Product Manager who will lead and own assigned product service lines including Zelle. Major responsibilities will include product strategy development, requirements definition, go-to-market strategy, execution, and ongoing growth and enhancements for Zelle. This Product Manager will work extensively with clients, analysts, and partners as well as provide strategic support to the sales and marketing teams. The Product Manager will have responsibility of working through the product development lifecycle through product assessments, business case creation, business requirements, operating model, product positioning/commercialization, competitive analysis, product integration, market launch, and ongoing product lifecycle management.
WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:
  • Provide input, requirements and execution of all enhancements ensuring competitive position, accuracy, client satisfaction and member delight.
  • Ensures the management of life cycle of all products or product lines within assigned portfolio; including evaluating customer needs, product enhancement, and determining end of life timing and strategy.
  • Conducts training for internal and external audiences regarding current and future product offerings and payment solutions with in assigned product portfolio.
  • Provides guidance to support new product/service viability and aid/supports in the summary recommendation of go or no-go decision for senior leadership.
  • End to end ownership for Zelle including product lifecycle management from ideation to full commercialization.
  • Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Participate in a highly engaging professional team of product managers.
  • Provides overall product portfolio management to deliver revenue, ACV, and client satisfaction for Zelle payments.
  • Leads the research, analysis, and development of new product enhancements, services and markets for assigned product portfolio.
  • Creates overarching view of assigned product portfolio strategy for management and enhancements. Acts as a project lead in the developing and implementing of strategies for product portfolio solutions.
  • Provides sales support for new and existing clients regarding assigned product portfolio as needed to achieve corporate goals.
  • Ensures the timely creation and updating of the product vision and roadmap.
  • Responsible for sales, service and marketing alignment on product value proposition including sales tools, portfolio and product enhancements.
  • Act as the product functional leader on all products within the assigned product portfolio vertical. Acts as representative of the product portfolio for internal and external audiences.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Knowledge of different product pricing strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Highly organized and skilled at driving projects to completion in a timely manner, meeting pre-determined deadlines.
  • Accomplished presentation skills.
  • Financial analysis skills—to assist finance department in building forecasting models and use those models to build financial business case for products.
  • Requirements gathering skills.
  • Skilled at defining customer needs and using that knowledge to defining functional product specifications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong team building and relationship skills.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of financial services industry, preferably payments industry.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Knowledge of strategic and tactical product management and product development methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Market research and analysis skills, including sizing and market need.
  • Skilled at evaluation of business and product opportunities.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning process, and product life cycle management tenets.
  • Assessing impact on organization and operational environment of new product initiatives.
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting, creation of budgets and financial justification for product business decisions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven track record of bringing successful products to market on time.
  • Professional background in strategic and tactical product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum two to five years of product experience.
  • Proven track record and experience in presentation skills to both a large and small group.

For California, Colorado and New York Applicants: In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:
$98,000.00 - $124,000.00
Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
