Schedule Details: Remote work from home 1st shift


What You Will Do


The enterprise project management office (EPMO) is responsible for the successful delivery of PHC's project portfolio through the rigor of enterprise project management processes and close collaboration with business partners, team members and various enterprise functions. Assume end-to-end project accountability to ensure delivery of EPMO solutions and services that provide the highest value in support of projects.


Organize and lead projects from inception to completion. Accountable for managing the four key elements of all projects: scope, resources, time and budget. Coordinate project resources and also facilitate the many relationships within any project - whether with customers, team members, internal and external constituents or any variety of stakeholders - and function as the central point of contact for all project-related information.


Serves as Customer Relations Management (CRM). This includes working with the customer to complete the project intake form and working with the resource managers to identify needed resources and estimating the effort of work required for the project.


What You Will Need


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of project management experience; or, if no college degree, would need to have 4-6 years of project management experience.
  • At least 4 years related project management experience.
