• 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
• 4 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with consumer hardware development life cycles and ODM/CM working models.
• Knowledge of computing, operating systems, and software application development life cycles.
• Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining and launching devices/services or health related products.
• Excellent communication and people management skills to advocate initiatives internally, externally, as well as with executive management.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
In this role, you will drive hardware and software collaboration between the Silicon Engineering team, advanced research teams across the company as well as the device hardware/software groups. You will define Health roadmap features that bring to life key experiences that distinguish our first-party devices. You will work cross-functionally to assess and select the most critical problems to be solved, build multi-year roadmaps that intersect our long-term device strategy, and secure executive support. You will ensure each Health feature has a clear and approved path into a device, and drive internal stakeholders and partner engagements necessary for the on-time launch of the product.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$208,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Define differentiated and compelling Health experiences and roadmap that leverage Google’s hardware, software, and machine learning capabilities.
• Evaluate new applications, use cases, proofs-of-concept, technologies and standards, and advocate for/against adoption based on silicon and system-level considerations.
• Collaborate with advanced research to create true differentiated health experiences in first-party devices.
• Establish relationships with critical health and wearable ecosystem partners to develop in-depth knowledge of capabilities and roadmaps.
