Product Manager – Secure Business Mobile


At JPMC, Product Managers are the CEO’s of the product and are responsible for the end to end success of product and the team. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Secure Business Mobile Product Team inside the Business Collaboration organization.


This portfolio of Secure Business Mobile products is leveraged by a significant user base across the Firm by providing a compliant product and service for business communications; specifically text messages, messaging solutions and phone calls. This space requires a Product Manager that is looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity to drive a robust roadmap of deliverables comprised of product features and functionality, process and controls and advanced telemetry. The role is required to elevate the experience of the end users and support key stakeholders within a regulatory environment.


As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the long-term strategy for the product, organize the team and backlog for optimal delivery, manage the P&L and drive engagement with our customers and stakeholders. The team, based in New Jersey, are an agile, multi-functional team who love working in a collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Owns the P&L of the product
  • Lead by example, exhibiting robust risk measures while advocating for adherence throughout the development lifecycle
  • Prioritizes the product backlog & maintains a vision for the product
  • Oversees and drives the go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the product
  • Conducts market research and tracks industry developments with regards to productivity, collaboration, data, AI/ML solutions and understands implications to product vision and strategy
  • Defines and communicates product vision and strategy in line with the customers’ long-term business goals
  • Creates and maintains the product's definition, product roadmap & customer facing SLOs/SLAs
  • Customer relationship management for internal stakeholders
  • Identifies market need, interfacing with line of business technology customers as needed to define the scope and position of the product
  • Creates a safe environment for experimentation and failures to support fast learning cycles
  • Defines and manages the product's business metrics, including cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliability
  • Developing, managing and supporting voice and SMS capture solutions as well as chat and messaging applications on a mobile device
  • Manages the senior stakeholder community and customer advisory boards.

Required Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end software development process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations
  • Proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to senior management and customers
  • Extensive knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
  • Strong Experience in Technology product management role within enterprise environment.

  • Demonstrated success in a product management role with an emphasis on delivering AI/ML based solutions to end user facing applications.
