Product Manager Jobs

We are currently seeking a collaborative, customer experience-focused, highly strategic Cards Product Manager to join the Card Services Division Team. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to a deeply engaging customer experience and contributing a broader customer relationship strategy by managing the Division’s credit card and debit card products and services, including driving card acquisition, loyalty and marketing program strategy and execution, and product value proposition development.

The ideal candidate will have

• Strong analysis and data processing skills
• Ability to work with bank personnel at all levels, able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to plan, organize, and budget
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or equivalent work experience
• Solid time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in consumer behavior and marketing preferred
• Abilty to handle confidential matters judiciously
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
• Additional education/coursework in a technical field such as Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc. a plus
• 5 years’ experience; 2 years in retail banking/finance/product management or consumer packaged goods
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Profiency in Microsoft Office
