Job SummaryThe HPE GreenLake Cloud Platform (GLCP) team allows you the opportunity to collaborate with very creative PMs, engineers, Architects and other cross functional teams to build HPE’s next generation Green Lake Cloud Platform. Combining agile methodologies and a continuous integration and delivery pipeline, the GreenLake Cloud Platform team partners with entire HPE and powers HPE’s transformation to a true cloud provider. It’s the cloud that comes to you! You will build innovative cloud platform capabilities that enable the delivery of rich HW and SW aaS solutions to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Contributes towards data collation on customer requirements, and works closely with Product Team to decipher and action on the customer requirements
• Backlog grooming using the tools available on PM team
• Collaborates closely with key stakeholders on one or more product strategy and strategy execution across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, exit).
• Contributes to standard product development plan.
• In this role you will be required to support product operations/processes while working cross functionally.
• Works closely with PMO team, Product Leaders, Support Teams and other cross functional organizations on understanding the voice of the customer obtained in various way
• Some level of project/process management support to the entire team

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.
• 3+ years of work experience in related field.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic understanding of product development process.
• Agile/SAFe, Agile Tools like Jira with experience in backlog prioritization, writing and driving Initiatives and Epics. Familiarity with Aha is a plus
• Basic business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
• Expert level skills in MS Excel, Power Point
• Basic knowledge of Agile Development process

If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $84,600.00 - $194,700.00
