The Hilton Customer Experience team uses guest insights to evolve our already industry-leading, differentiated channels and deliver frictionless, personalized experiences for our customers. What will I be doing?
As Manager, Product Management, you will help drive forward the mobile app integration into Hilton’s Connected Room platform. You will also work closely with our technology teams, brands, and properties to craft a delivery strategy. In addition, you will partner with multiple technology teams to bring that strategy to life, delivering the necessary systems and tools to allow global scaling.
In this role, you will help drive forward the Hilton Connected Room Experience platform, simplifying and enhancing every stay with personalized entertainment, information, room control, hotel service access, and more. You will work closely with our technology teams, brands, and properties to craft a delivery strategy for the features and functionality of the platform. You will partner with multiple technology teams and deliver the necessary systems and tools to allow global scaling.
To be successful in this role, you are a self-starter who possesses strong product management experience. Experience with TV interfaces, mobile apps, and hotel technologies is a plus. You should also be at ease with working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment so that we can continuously deliver value for the millions of customers that shop and stay with Hilton every day.
More Specifically, You Will

• Identify new opportunities that will improve the Hilton Connected Room experience and deliver business growth
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design in an Agile environment to deliver on new Hilton Connected Room features, resolve product issues, and act as an advocate and enthusiast for Connected Room
• Work closely with the Hilton Experience Design team to create engaging experiences for the in-room Connected Room Experience
• Continuously look for and capitalize on product optimization opportunities
• Define and present new product concepts to both technical and non-technical partners
• Write top-notch business requirements and ensure technical teams are in lockstep with them
• Revel in the data. Define the product's key success metrics, analyze/present metrics/data post-launch, and quickly act on trends that arise from those metrics
• Build trusted and highly effective working relationships across Hilton, including working closely with engineering, design, data science and analytics, brands, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teams
• Pinpoint customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and Team Members) to help define and prioritize product features that drive the most impact

What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Shown ability to work hand-in-hand with developers/QA to build a product
• Superb written and spoken communication skills with a solid ability to listen effectively and influence partners throughout the enterprise
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
• Consistent record of taking ownership of projects, including defining scope, being results-minded, and rolling up sleeves to get the job done
• Proven track record of being able to think high-level and "in the weeds", with a curiosity about creative problem-solving
• Solid attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Good eye for business, a comprehensive understanding of mobile technologies and trends, and most meaningfully, a passion for building outstanding guest experiences

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Self-motivated with strong product management experience
• Experience with web analytics tools, such as the Adobe reporting suite
• Five (5) years of professional experience in product, customer experience, technology, or equivalent
• Experience working with a complex cross-functional matrix environment.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Mobile Product management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in TV product management or design experience for either Android TV or AppleTV apps
• Ten (10) years of Product-related experience
