Reporting to the Director of Digital Product, you will work closely with UX, Engineering, and QA on initiatives that support Thinx company goals and key stakeholder teams like Growth Marketing, Consumer Engagement and Brand. This role will focus on bringing ideas from conception to launch while also owning post launch analysis and iteration.

The Work You’ll Do:

  • Combine creativity with thoughtful experimentation to find the ideas that are most impactful to our users.
  • Drive the prioritization process and roadmap planning for your focus area.
  • Own product analytics—pre and post launch analysis and partnering with the UX team on key research initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to support key marketing campaigns, sales and promotions.
  • Work closely with Thinx UX and Engineering teams to plan and prioritize work through agile development processes.
  • Identify new opportunities to make the e-commerce experience at Thinx more accessible to all.
  • Scope and define user stories and initiatives that help boost key DTC metrics like conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, and AOV.
  • Work to influence cross functional teams towards alignment and execution.
  • You’ll play a key role in expanding the digital product management function at Thinx.

We’re Excited About You Because…

  • You’re customer obsessed and strive to provide a best-in-class e-commerce experience to Thinx users.
  • You love testing and believe that experimentation is an evergreen effort.
  • You can partner and influence effectively across all levels of an organization, and regularly use these skills to improve the work you do.
  • You’re passionate about DTC, ecommerce, and supporting marketing and growth teams.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can galvanize others into action towards a shared goal.
  • You're a savvy product manager with a background in data driven product development.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a product manager.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect a strategy to a problem to solve.
  • Experience defining metrics and making product and strategic decisions based on testing, iteration, and qualitative feedback.
  • Experience running scrum/agile ceremonies and optimizing product operations processes.

You’re Excited About Us Because...

  • 1x Monthly Mental Escape Days
  • Progressive policies for bereavement and compassionate leave
  • $90 quarterly wellness stipend to spend on personal health and fitness
  • 401k company match that vests immediately upon participation
  • Generous parental leave of 16 weeks and monthly child care stipend
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans available
  • 30% discount on Thinx Inc products and a quarterly $100 spend
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Collaborative, dynamic work environment within a fast-paced, mission-driven company
  • $2,000 annual flexible reimbursement stipend towards learning and development, cell phone reimbursement, and supporting your remote office needs
