We are hiring a Product Manager to support our corporate Product Development department which works in partnership with our portfolio companies.

Position Summary:
The corporate headquarters at Omega Holdings is looking for a motivated individual with a background in the automotive aftermarket to help support existing product lines and quickly grow new product offerings. This individual will work with various teams and divisions across the US & Canada to support aggressive growth targets. This role will report to the Vice President of Product Development.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide ad-hoc support to various internal business units that include sales, customer service, purchasing, and IT
- Organize meaningful features and benefits of the product line that help drive customer acceptance & engagement
- Develop a comprehensive business case for new product expansions including target customers, profitability analysis, and inventory impacts
- Communicate with external vendors to quickly identify product sources and/or address customer questions
- Support key product categories with a comprehensive coverage expansion process to promote organic sales growth
Desired Education, Professional Skills, and Experience:
- 2-5+ years of work experience in the automotive industry
- Associates or Undergraduate degree in business management or engineering, or similar work experience
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal expression
- Strong knowledge of replacement automotive parts
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with an automotive aftermarket manufacturer is a plus, but not required
- The ability to present and communicate results effectively to customers, sales teams, and management
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and similar programs
