Job Description
Who We Are:

With a legacy spanning over 20 years, Integrated Practice Solutions is the market leader in practice management software for chiropractic (ChiroTouch, ACOM Health), optometry (RevolutionEHR), and therapy practices (ClinicSource) across the United States. We are a growing and profitable, privately funded organization who stays ahead of the pack by constantly innovating, growing, and developing new products and services that serve the health and wellness profession. Our software helps practitioners create a positive in-clinic experience for patients, from scheduling to treatment to payment and insurance processing. Our vision – to be the most loved, most essential software and service provider for every practice – is not just words. These words reflect who we are as a company, and who we are as people.

Department Overview:

The Product Management department is dedicated to defining and delivering market-leading healthcare offerings that provide innovative approaches, substantial effectiveness, and exceptional user experience. Our product managers collaborate closely with customers, partners, engineers, sales, marketing, and customer success. We drive product initiatives from initial inception through outcome definition, story mapping, delivery, market adoption and success tracking. Our team is driven by creative, curious, and inventive people who have a passion delivering engaging practice and patient experiences.

Your Career Opportunity:

As Product Management you will apply your experience to help drive the future of our cloud based EHR offerings. This position directly reports to the Senior Product Manager at RevolutionEHR. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional team members to identify, define, and deliver solutions that help our practices achieve their efficiency and growth goals. This role calls for a strong, proactive product manager capable of autonomously driving multiple projects in parallel. This position is the dream job for an ambitious professional looking to have a big impact in a fast-growing company.

Your Areas of Accountability:

  • Represent the customer – be the champion and expert voice of customers. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process.
  • Define the roadmap – participate with the team through understanding customer needs, defining outcomes, mapping solutions, delivering product and tracking success.
  • Drive market readiness planning and execution across all functions of our business.
  • Ensure that product portfolio delivers on revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Recommend content and key points for marketing collateral and customer success materials in support of the product.
  • Represent IPS as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and online in customer communities.
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities for revenue growth; drive integration requirements, launch integrated applications and manage integrations to drive ongoing success.
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure products are thoroughly tested and meet product quality measures prior to release.
  • Collaborate across teams – continually seek feedback from sales, support, and other stakeholders to ensure product alignment. A collaborative attitude is essential.
  • Constantly strive to improve the way we work - if it can be done better let’s do it!
  • Define and measure success for all product features – recommending actions as needed if there are achievement gaps.
  • Prioritize external and internal enhancement requests and adjust the roadmap as data and needs evolve.
  • Be an expert in the EHR / Practice Management domain, including the market players and industry trends.
  • Where there are product or service gaps, recommend build vs. partner decisions including the preparation of business cases.
  • Obsess over user experiences and outcomes – work with team to design and develop delightful and thoughtful user flows.
  • Evangelize the roadmap constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently – coordinate product release communications across stakeholders.
  • Work with the technology team to deliver a world-class product – serving as a product owner for a scrum team.

Competencies for Success:

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of commercial software product management experience.
  • A fantastic ability to listen to our customers; understanding what they really need, not just what they say they want.
  • Extensive experience gathering feedback, analyzing it, and prioritizing it. You can execute on this feedback effectively and efficiently.
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Crisp and clear communication style across all mediums and with both business and technology stakeholder groups
  • Experience working with APIs and integrated strategic partners.
  • An analytical approach for effectively evaluating and executing trade-off decisions.
  • A passion for creating innovative solutions and working closely with engineering to define and deliver them.
  • A data-driven approach to making decisions but knowing how to rely on your intuition when your data set is incomplete.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and handling sensitive customer situations.
  • Ability to lead and work autonomously.
  • Experience in EHR/EMR or Practice Management space a plus.

At Integrated Practice Solutions, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $64,350-$133,650 for this position.

Integrated Practice Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values employees with a broad cross-cultural perspective. We strive to create an inclusive environment, empower employees, and embrace diversity. We encourage everyone to respond. All applicants will receive fair and impartial treatment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, legally protected physical or mental disability, protected veteran status, status in the U.S. uniformed services, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information or on any other basis which is protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
