Product Manager- Enterprise Technology

A leading trading firm and market maker is looking to take their HRIS & Enterprise technology to the next level by hiring a Product Manager to their business in Austin.

This senior-level role will largely be focused on the delivery of HR and Talent Acquisition technology, along with other enterprise technology needs, such as marketing tech. This is an opportunity to join a prestigious trading firm and work in a high impact role, where you'd be working directly with the head of global enterprise on strategy and the creation and delivery of short term and long term roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Regular stakeholder expectation management
• May supervise junior product management or business analyst resources
• Oversee the end to end delivery of products, which includes managing the product backlog and prioritizing work for the team
• Work with business leaders to align on challenges, opportunities and priorities, along with defining desired outcomes and strategy.
• Work directly with the head of global enterprise on building context to enable decision making and formulate incremental changes to achieve global desired outcomes.
• Clear, consistent communication of vision, strategy and plans.

Requirements:

• Experience being able to work through ambiguity and drive clarity, vision, and strategy
• 5+ years of experience leading IT transformation projects (ideally in HRIS)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Total compensation: $200-235K

Base Salary: $150-$180K
