Product Manager, eCommerce

The Product & Experience team builds new product features that serve millions of customers across our web, app, and store shopping channels. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Digital Experiences team to manage, Search, Browse, Navigation, Recommendations, SEO and personalization areas.  In this role, the Product Manager will become the subject matter expert and partner closely with business stakeholders to identify and execute a roadmap that will deliver incremental value and drive customer live time value through these experiences. You will play a leading role in shaping the way in which people interact with our digital shopping technology.

THE ROLE
  • Create wireframes, write product specifications, and present recommendations for new features in our ever-evolving platform 
  • Manage and monitor feature health utilizing various analytical tools used internally and testing to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  •  Identify resource gaps and bottlenecks, and work cross-functionally to increase throughput and minimize operational expenses
  • Be a great communicator and listener to gain endorsement from Global leadership  
  • Work directly with the business stakeholders including product, design, engineering, and business to understand the company’s overall goals and objective.
  • Own the voice for product and customer experience. Able to articulate who the target customer is and why the product, or a certain experience is right for them.
  • Roll up sleeves as necessary to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet our high standards of quality.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support requirements. 
  • Plan, oversee, and execute the research, data gathering, and studies required to produce thoughtful product evolutions 

  • Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities 
    • ECommerce Product Manager who has worked in the areas of Homepage, search, browse and personalization areas with digital and/or retail background is preferred
    • 2+ years experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably for a web, mobile, or other technology company 
    • 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, e-commerce, management consulting, quantitative analysis, or a similar field. 
    • Location: US
    • Innate drive to improve how things work, strong technical skills with an eye for design and user experience  
    • Degree in math, statistics, engineering, computer science, economics, or other quantitative field 
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to respond to feedback and implement ideas in a changing environment
