This role is a hybrid position and can be based in multiple locations, preferably Chicago or New York City.

We will count on you to:


  • Monitor products post-launch to evaluate ability to satisfy customer needs. Lead a continuous improvement process to enhance and improve solutions
  • Work with Brokerage and Advisory to introduce new product offerings to the marketplace
  • Manage product development cycle from needs analysis to product launch
  • Perform competitive analysis to develop product requirements (including pricing and positioning for some products)
  • Establish utilization targets and monitor utilization rate. When needed, identify and lead utilization improvement initiatives to ensure solution value is delivered to both clients and colleagues
  • Coordinate all activities across internal and external parties to develop new products
  • Analyze client and colleague needs to identify product requirements. Summarize and communicate needs clearly to align all internal teams on product vision and roadmap
  • Work with brokers, advisors, consultants, placement specialists and analytics colleagues to build new analytics solutions and refine existing products to better meet the needs of our clients and grow the business


What you need to have:


  • Demonstrated ability to create strong working relationships with others across a wide-range of backgrounds and job functions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Multiple years’ of Product Management experience or roles with transferable skills.


What makes you stand out:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, data science or related field.
  • Brokerage industry experience. Carrier and/or Third Party Claims Administrator (TPA) experience is also relevant.
  • Experience in product management, consulting, project management, or strategic planning.
