Job Description
Can you claim yourself a prepared leader? Do you have a passion in the data world? How about you joining as an Analytics Solutions Director for a global leading industry?


You will primarily lead the creation and continuous improvement of best-fit, data products and delivery solutions to make commercial banking employees more effective and efficient in their roles. You will interface with business leadership to prioritize and deliver solutions using a combination of existing data assets and also identify new capabilities that need to be developed - in some cases, directly leading the new capability development. As the role brings together aspects of product management and business process/operations, you will have demonstrated consistent success developing and delivering data-driven solutions in a dynamic cross-functional environment. You must have superior data analysis skills and the ability to articulate themes and to formulate recommendations.


Communication is a key aspect of the role, as the Analytics Solutions Director will collaborate heavily with a variety of senior product, data, technology and business stakeholders.


Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities


  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to focus on the key issues and drive initiatives to conclusion
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction of analytical products, dashboards and other tools
  • A passion for data and technology are a must
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a commercial mindset
  • 10+ years in financial services or consulting with significant Business Intelligence experience and extensive technical skills in the analysis, evaluation and interpretation of data
  • Proven experience managing and developing people
  • Prior B2B client-facing experience in banking is a strong plus
